My name is Ramesh, and thank you for visiting my portfolio. I am an award-winning instructional designer with a wealth of experience. I have experience in both Higher Ed and Corporate sectors, I have chosen higher education to practice my instructional design work.
This online space will feature some of my sample work created using various tools. You will also learn more about me by reading testimonials from my colleagues and some of the awards I have won.
Authoring Software
I am have experience using authoring software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, ZebraZapps. My portfolio will feature a few courses and number of learning objects created using Storyline and Captivate.
Adobe CC Tools
I also use Adobe Creative Cloud software to design and develop supporting materials for online courses. I use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign and XD to create various multimedia to facilitate and enhance the course experience for the online students.
LMS
I have experience in various Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Moodle, Sakai. Out of these LMS`s I am using Blackboard on a daily basis. I am fully proficient in using all Blackboard front-end tools and as well and content management and HTML manipulations.

Generate Ideas
Generate various creative ideas
Designing Prototypes
Based on research findings, design multiple prototypes.
Development
After evaluating all design prototypes, select the most desired prototype for the development.
Implementation
Deliver training, place logistical arrangements to implement the new training solution.
Test and Evaluate
Training product will be tested in the organization setting to measure the effectiveness.
