The Healthcare System: General vs. Elderly Population

About the Project

This learning object was created to supplement a Healthcare in Diverse Population course. In the lesson, the students will learn about the typical characteristics of a healthcare system and how it is different from healthcare systems for elderly people. The students will click on each of the “general population” characteristics to see some of these specific differences. When the students click on each characteristic, a new screen will pop-up, listing the related ideal characteristic of the healthcare system for the elderly population instead.
